Works are progressing well at Unit 4 Heads of The Valleys Industrial Estate, with the steel frame now up. Once completed, the brand new unit will provide a detached industrial unit of c.26,000 sq ft, with excellent access to the A465 Heads of The Valley Road. The unit will benefit from EV charging points and Solar PV to the roof with developer Mileway targeting a BREEAM Very Good rating and EPC A. The works are being undertaken by Encon Construction and project managed by Jonathan Chuchill at JLL.
