The 77,618 sq ft distribution unit has been let to Rochefreight UK Ltd on behalf of clients Mileway. Roche Logistics Group is Ireland’s leading global provider of transportation and logistics services with over 25 years in business in moving goods worldwide safely, quickly and efficiently.
The recent letting sees the estate fully occupied, following refurbishment works by the Landlord. Mileway is the largest last mile real estate company in Europe, with properties across 10 countries, providing last mile space for businesses to grow sustainably.
